i came on here on advice on how to handle the situation, i have not said i was not going to pay at all! where have i asked 'people to help me not pay?

i thought this was a board to help with financial difficulties and the whole solicitors/ court thing , the whole situation has upset me a great deal, believe it or not i DONT not want to fall out with my neighbours! and i do want to pay them and i WILL.

suggestions of 'getting out of paying' didnt come from me and if you look back thru my post you will see that i have always replied that ' i am going to pay' and that is my intension

You have immediately made a decision of what kind of person i am, mainly because i didnt agree with your unhelpful replies

and i make you blood boil??? i dont know what kind of work your in and i dare'nt ask. im sorry your pompus attitude doesnt bare well with me, not everyone is out to 'get out of paying and conning thier nieghbours'

how is this the case .you know you agreed to it.why do they need to provide proof that it exists.
If they take you to court and they say a verbal agreement exists what will you say?
For the record I run an electical contracting business.

I'm sorry you are skint but it's not your neighbours problem. Well it is because now they maybe skint or have to borrow money because you haven't paid.

Civil servant big deal ,institutionalised idiots who dont have the ability to think for themselves,
Hence the need to come on here to find an excuse to get out of paying a bill.
