    Hi Jessy

I've just enjoyed catching up on your diary. You are making terrific progress! I hadn't thought about selling some of my old jewellery so may give that a go since I don't seem to wear it any more. TY x

I've been naughty this weekend! We had a takeaway Friday and tonight :( but I've told DH no more until September!!
I've ordered the shopping for delivery tomorrow and I have gone over my £100 budget for the next two weeks by £10 but I did need some toiletries and household items.

On the plus side I have listed two bicycles and a purse on ebay and I have already had someone asking if there is a 'buy it now' price on one of the bikes so I'm hopeful they will sell.
We did have a trip to the tip yesterday and got rid of some rubbish out of the cellar which has made me feel abit better. I did find a fire grate down in the cellar that is really heavy so I'm going to get DH to bring it up and I'll give it a clean and put it on ebay to see if anyone wants it! As it's really heavy I assume it's made of a decent metal and therefore it may be worth a few quid! Well I hope anyway! :rotfl:

    Nearly time for Poldark!
    Enjoy your Sunday evening!

Have a new kitchen.... takeaway soon loses its appeal (as does fresh pasta and sauce!). Although, I don't recommend a new kitchen as a way to save money!! :rotfl:

Well done on the ebay listing! :)

Well it's finally 'interest added onto the mortgage day'!! I logged onto the account and found the new total was £63,055.11, I have therefore done a payment of £255.11 to take the new total to £62,800! Not only do I have the excitement of seeing the total go down but I can also colour in another box on my house chart because we're not going back over £63K!!

    Have a lovely day everyone!
