            They have told me I would get a letter from them in four weeks after the initial two weeks I was told0

            You may well be the innocent beneficiary of fraud and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it until the banks in the UK have USA completed their investigations.
 The only advice is to wait.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

            Not sure what answers you are expecting from a public forum. The only people who can answer your questions is the team dealing with the account which appears to be the fraud team. All you can do is wait. It appears they have told you when to expect further communication. Don't bother going into branch there is nothing they can do . You need to deal with the fraud team directly I am sure their contact number is on any communication they have already sent you.£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120
