You really picked a nasty one for your first time... Hopefully it will work out for you, but if not treat it as a lesson in not trying to catch falling knives and look into investing in something a little more stable and try to go for more diversity next time!

What on earth is going on in this thread, a ramping and speculation frenzy drawing in inexperienced investors into a dead horse investment. This should be moved to the gambling board.

Where do you get that from? Hasn't everyone been very negative about inexperienced investors investing in NR?

  • albertross: excuse me but thats just plain rude. saying we r all inexperienced and suggesting to mse dont give us advice. we begginers want advice so if u choose not to give advice just ignore us. these days back in the old days this did not happen in my time when i was a kid tut
  • I've bought in!! How exciting is this 'ere share dealing!! Why did no one tell me how much fun it is?

I bought £1500 NRock shares at 303, £1500 A&L shares at 738 and £1000 HBOS at 839. The HBOS one are holding me back at the mo.

I apologise on behalf of the younger generations. We're not all too lazy to communicate in a legible fashion ;)
