Went in our bedroom to make a start and ended up sorting througha bin bag of clothes I had been given for LO - which in turn led to clearing out LO's wardrobe and sorting what doesn't fit him or is too 'summery'.
So nothing done off the list but got a huge bag for the charity shop and a few more decent items for ebay.
Also took LO to be weighed as hadn't been for 3 months - all ok with him.
Jacket potaoes in oven for tea for me n kids - OH having pizza (from freezer) after football
Hugs to Lilme - thats an awful situation to be in - hope you can find someone to be guarantor.0 -

Not done much today except sit at the computer and work on finances. I'm trying to find a way to make the money stretch, and pay off the £7000 we owe while putting away money for big bills such as car repairs/insurance and Xmas etc and I think I've found a way of doing it..but first I need OH to agree to it - the question will be though will he agree?
Other than that I've not done much else. I've had the fire on high with washing on the maiden infront of it trying to get stuff from Monday dry  plus the wash load I did this morning, some of which needs to go back in to soak in bio powder (probably overnight  ) and I've made a "pot luck" stew in the slow cookerOh, and beds are turned back but not made
See when I get started with financial things everything else just gets forgotten about. Need to shift myself tomorrow though as we're away over the weekend at the IL's
Off to my sisters in a minute, once DD's finished making her birthday cardShe 22 today, daft cause I can still remember the day she was born like yesterday :rotfl:
Right, best get a move on :Wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Lil_me.. could you ask one of the people who deals with the boys? No doubt they have to have known you for at least 3 years? I'm pretty certain there si someone you have known through school or whatever who would do it for you.. I'd offer, but I'm a bit far away to get up to sign forms lol. There will be someone!!!!..
Not just a reference, full guarantor, they need to sign to say if we didn't pay the rent then they would. That's us basically asking someone else to sign for £6250 for us (10 months rent as 2 are up front) It's been hard enough asking his Dad, sort of embarrassing really, but looks like he can't & his Mam works abroad, my parents don't work full time. Oh well, we'll find something somewhere else eventually if this doesn't come off I suppose, should know by tomorrow either way.
Need to do the 40+ mile round trip tonight to hand assignment in, done what I can, see how it goes I suppose, won't get the results until October ish.
Might do some more sorting after that, local youth group having fund raiser so see what I've got they might be able to sell/raffle.One day I might be more organised...........

Hi everyone! I've been hovering here getting ready to join in next week so I'm trying a few things to get into the flow.I not only found but downloaded the turbolister and set up an ebay seller account but I'm stumped I only have a mobile for digital photos and I don't know how to transfer onto my computer. The phone instructions are so vague and I'm such a dinosaur! Any advice would be appreciated. But hey I cleaned the oven for the first time ever and decluttered a room, 4 bags for charity shop. Not quite ready to fly but hoping to fledge soon."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0
