Listen, those of you who have read all the thread will recall not so long ago that not all those who read MSE are nice (like us). The last thing MoT needs is for some non-MSE/DFW scumbag causing more problems with anybody or any organisations like the DSS or the Council.

So PLEASE, can we stop discussing the why's and how's of this until we know if it is going to be accepted?

I'm not trying to be a killjoy, I think it's a fantastic idea, but I do not want to see any problems being made by having things discussed on an OPEN FORUM.

Please can we all take notice of this post........

A few pages back, MOT mentioned she was seeing someone from a christian money managing charity - can't remember its name. Would they be able to help in any way? That might be the sort of charity that knows of landlords prepared to help out.

floss, do they have an eviction order, ie. has the court told her to leave (I know this from my situation)? we don't have to leave here until the bailiffs come round and we will be given a date for that. Has she been given or been advised of this? I was just trying to work out from my situation just what sort of eviction notice she has. I have been told that the bailiffs have to escort you from the premises and until this you can stay. Is it at this stage.

I feel really numb about this tbh, I don't think there is anything else left to say.

Bless their hearts, I'm not suprised, so many of us are gutted on their behalf, I wish I could 'do' something a bit more substantial than spout words

Floss2 - thanks for all your relaying of messages. I do hope you are properly listened to. To you, ampersand and saffronflowers - thanks for supporting MOT, IT and twins on our behalf. I'm off of here tonight, my brain can't function anymore - I just can't grasp this, and if thats me, I can't even begin to comprehend how MOT, IT and twins are. Suffice to say, you will be in my prayers tonight and whilst that may bring no physical comfort, sadly that is all I can offer - but you have my fullest support.

MoT is in council emergency housing so she doesn't have an AST. This means her rights are much less than anyone on an AST.

Don't know how the eviction process would work.
