I am a long time lurker on this site and this is my first post, but after reading this post I felt I had to send my support to MOT and my disgust at the councils decision. I too offer help to MOT in whatever way is best.

i know this might be a silly question,:o but does this mean that mot can never have a council house or is she still able to go on the list and work her way up?( i know that doesn't help immediate situation)
because it doesn't make sense to me if she can't as she was previously in private renting not council property so hasn't flounced any tennacy agreements as such.

Floss, can you edit your first post when the verdict comes in so that people will see it immediately, a lot of people dont read all the posts. You might find you also have to post every page or so at the moment.
