Thanks for your posts - can't say much else as have no energy and am so sad that the way things have turned out.

I promise I will be back on here tomorrow as I don't what to do and need your advice -twins are fine and lovely!

Can someone please tell me if MoT has applied to go on the housing register to get a points allocation (not via the homeless department, it has to be filling in the form to go on the Housing Register). I have read through and have been following but don't know if I missed this. it'simportant so can someone please clarify - if she has not done this then it needs to be done, tomorrow.

It's long winded to explain but I have read 9and gone back an re-read) that she went straight to the homeless department after the court order was given.

The Housing List is different.

Anyone can go on the Housing List - even if you have a 6 bedroom mansion, you won't get anywhere of course but you can go on the list - and if the forms have not been filled in she will not be on the list.

they are refusing her temporary accomodation saying that she made herself homeless, they are not refusing her totally because if she is not on the list, if she is not on the list she cannot update them of her circumstances (ie. having nowhere to live) to get more points and then get housed.

Sorry to keep on asking. I am not too good at explaining, I hope this is making sense. I just want to help in the best way I can.

I'm with you !!!!!! how can they not take this into account. So now the appeals panel are chuffing psych experts now, and can tell whether MOT could cope at the time or not.

I do not fcuking believe this flipping country. It is this petty minded, prejudice, up their own jacky's mentality, which makes me want to leave this place and live somewhere else.

Words cannot express the rage and sadness I am feeling at the same time.

MOT and the twins, I am SO sorry that this has happened. The emotion you must be going through now will be devastating I know. Don't be afraid of calling out the Dr is you need help sleeping tonight.
