    Do we have a E-Bay/Paypal expert somewhere on this forum, they would be able to tell us if what we propose is acceptable within the terms and conditions of Paypal.

    MOT (or receiver of funds!) would need a Premier account at least as you are limited for receiving credit/debit card payments on a Personal account. Details of the various paypal accounts are here
    To set up a Premier account I have a feeling you'd need to get it verified before you can access the funds, which can take several days.

    More info on premier accounts here

    Have been reading this thread from the first and can't believe the gross injustice that MOT and her twins have suffered.

    Hope donations can be set up, I will gladly contribute.

    I remember a few years ago in parenting forum i used to use, we had a lady there we all helped to towards her buying her daughter a sensor room (i think t was)

    We all put the money directly into her bank account? (cant remeber exactly how though) maybe if someone knows what I mean maybe this could be an option?

    Grocery Challenge. £400. - £35.22 + £19.80 + £109.01 = £164.03
    Other spends (Clothes Luxuries etc)£11.97 + £1.19 + £7.36 + £69.00 + £38.50 + £5.50 + £23.00 +£2.00 = £158.52:shocked::sad:

    I don't know why not tbh. As long as people are not claiming back their money then there should be no reason as to why you cannot do it as lots of other charities use Paypal, I think if there are lots of high value monies coming in it get complicated and anything over £4500 (in total, not from one person!) and the account needs to be verified (money laundering reasons).

    You can also pay in using http://www.nochex.com/ Nochex, does the same as Paypal.

    OK, I do remember a few years ago on the eBay boards, one of their long standing memebers died and someone set up a Paypal account and people were paying into it so it can be done.
  • I feel devastated - can't take it in. Such an injustice.

    Count me in for a donation, please.

    This would just be a straight bank transfer (BACS :confused:edit....I don't think BACS is what you mean actually!!!)
