Hi mot - glad to see that you, I-T and the twins managed to have a Good Christmas - in spite of everything.
I love the British Comedies - so much better than the all too predictable 'American High School' !!!! that we are inundated with over Christmas.
I did watch the classic 'The Great Escape' which they 'snuck in' a couple of days before Christmas, this year. How sad is that?
Anyway, just to wish you all a Very Happy New Year. Enjoy the festivities - it will be back to campaigning before we know it.

Rog2, the Great Escape? Now there's an omen if you like. Perhaps we could arrange for the theme music to be played as we enter the Review? We watched it too and DS seeing it for the first time was enthralled and full of questions about escapees from POW camps.

Watched one of my DVDs' of the first original St Trinians film 'Belles of etc.' Guess who fell asleep in the middle of it? You see MOT, it's not just in the cinema.

    Hi jobbingmuscian,

We watched the original St Trinians yesterday afternoon and I thought of you, wondered too who Ronald Searle had based on you when he saw you come out of school:rotfl: :rotfl: !!

I haven't seen the new one yet, so unsure which one is based on me. Plus there were 3 of us, sisters, all good St T's girls :eek::eek:. But you must realise that I am the sexiest, most attractive one there. :p

Seriously, very kind of you to think of me! Thinking of you too - lots - over this period, and waiting for the hopefully inevitable happy outcome.

Might work, i_t - but you'd have to get the review transferred to Portsmouth. :rotfl:

    Wow! Lots of posts:T :T :T

Have had a phone call from Social Services girl this morning, she wants to come and see us on Friday to bring us Christmas gifts that she hasn't had time to drop off - how lovely of her! Can't get over how many kind people there actually are in this world - thank you :A .

SS girl told me that she had had a phone call from Snr Housing Officer at council just before Christmas asking what kind of mother I am to the twins and does she think that SS have any issues with the twins? SS girl replied that she has no issues with the twins and that I am a capable mother and that the twins are in no danger. SS girl felt that Snr HO was asking these questions because of the pressure that is being put upon the Council by the paper, the local councillors, my solicitor and everyone from MSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So please keep up the fight and the good work!!!!!

Happy New Year to you all and may you all enjoy a wonderful, happy, healthy, and prosperous 2008!

with lots of love and thanks from MoT, F, A and I-T xxxx
