Hi,
I have e-mailed all the links you posted yesterday. I should think there in boxes are packed!LOL
I bet the HO has gone thru some loo paper since the paper came out:j
Have been thinking do you think it would be worth getting "Watchdog" on BBC1 involved?
MOT I am so thrilled that all this is finally making LHO sit up and listen. As for you and DD daughter being embarrassed at the Picture being on newspaper stands give not a jot before you know it people will be coming up and asking for your autographs. Genuine people will not be looking at you "as that homeless woman" They will instead be looking at you with wonderment and respect at how you have managed to cope this long. They will also be appalled at the disgusting way the Coucil have treated you.
If the time it is taking for the "your say" page to reaload is anything to go by
it just goes to show how much support there is for you and the twins.:A
Your Solcitor (ILOVE that phrase) is brilliant and a bulldog I am so glad that you were able to get him on your case.:A
))))))))))))))HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))):j I have a persecution complex. Everytime I pass a shoe shop they persecute me till I buy them:j0 -
I just wanted to add my bit to this thread - remember reading it at the start back in September & spotted it by chance earlier (hadn't been on MSE much recently) - think I have been reading since about 3.30pm this afternoon!!! Have read through all 1600 posts... MOT, you have so much strength to keep going & fighting - and some amazing support around you :-) What you have had to put up with is incredible - I too feel ashamed of what this government/country is prepared to let people go through... But it sounds as though things are starting to turn a corner for you now...
I will be keeping up to date with how things are going for you.
And I wanted to add my comments to the "Your Say" page but can't... :-(Live your life until love is found, or love's gonna get you down" (credit to Mika!)0 -
I know you have to prioritise mot, but do you want to look here?

With everything else revving up, there have been several posts querying your points.
Anything for 'my solicitor' to tuck in ammo bag?
(agree wholeheartedly Gillianh2, LOVE that phrase)
mot, I'm focussing on your time of residence, either continuous or continual, within their definition. Does it help you? Presently or retrospectively?
There's also an inaccessible (Password Protocol) Item no.15 Housing(27 November 2007) - Reduction in Staffing Establishment:rolleyes: .

This story sounds very Erin Brockovitch to me. I can see an Oscar on your horizon!!!
I had missed a big chunk for the last 3 weeks or so and couldn't believe it is still so awful for you, and still going on. This is quite incredible that whilst so many people are going so OTT over Xmas that MOT and others in a similar position must be facing an ordeal. When we think back to the public sympathy over the Farepack crisis when peoples Christmas's were ruined through no fault of their own, you shouldn't worry about being judged as 'that homeless woman'
I am just so thankful that you have enough 'balls' about you to stay this busy it would be so much worse if you just lay back and let this all just happen. If you hadn't been so proactive where would you be now?
( Incidentally the reason I had missed a chunk is because my brother has been diagnosed with Brugada syndrome also called sudden unexplained death syndrome He had a seizure luckily!! and didn't just drop down dead as most do. He had no illness or warning just a seizure at 5 am. Very rare to survive but its hereditary and now we are all having tests to see if we have it too. It makes me think that with all the agonies so many are going through on this site it really could be worse and we as a family are very lucky and who knows whats around the corner. He is fine now and has had a pacemaker/defibrilator fitted and he tells me he is now immortal)
MOT you should be very proud with how you are dealing with this. Best wishes and hopes Viv XX0 -

I have tonight heard from Journey Therapy counsellor who has written me a wonderful account of my depression. Also I have heard from Michael Moore who is overwhelmed by the support for me from you all!! He is coming to see me at the flat tomorrow at 4pm. He told me that when he phoned the council this pm he was told that I still lived at my previous address! When he told his Conservative counterpart he didn't want to know! But MM still rang me as he is concerned. Soon put him straight as to where I live now hence the reason why he is coming to visit tomorrow pm!Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -

I did'nt mean it to sound that it's awful for me, more that we are incredibly lucky and now it is found even if any of us have it too we won't die from it because we can have the pacemaker fitted as well. The medical profession are very excited by it because its rare to survive it, so we feel special!! My brother is fine and never felt ill but we run a restaurant together with his wife so I had to work single handed. There are silver linings to all clouds yours is to know how loved you are and how strong you are mine is to count my blessings that I may have a disease thats easy to beat once you know its there.
