Hi have been reading from day 1 sorry im not much help but my prayers are with you also seen article in the paper and what lovely chidren you have have tried to leave a comment on your say but dont know how sorry so guess I will just keep you and yours in my prayers take care

Three counties radio have a phone in programme where the presenter takes on cases to help consumers, maybe this would be an easy way of getting more publicity. On the three counties radio website there should be a link to the Steven Rhodes (spelling?) consumer show.

Hi Jo,

I've just looked at the GAzette and it would seem that they are updating the 'Your Say' page, so if are able to try later or tomorrow then click on the 'Your Say' tab at the top of the page and that will lead you through to the letters and emails link - thank you for posting xx
