I have left a comment on Your Say on the local paper. I have also contacted Mr Brown, sent him a link to this thread and said many clever and selfless people are rallying round to help MOT but I thought he would like to rally round too.

But good to see Dacorum have correctly followed procedure on at least one issue:

If this article is typical of the 'jobsworth' attitude that Dacorum appear to have adopted towards the running of their council, then there can be little hope for mot.

I've just rung the newspaper - the 'Your Say' part hasn't been updated yet because they're "working on publishing The Herald at the moment, & that takes priority".
