Would the estate agents be able to provide the date MoT's old home went on the market??

  • Just another thought MOT you need to keep receipts for all the travel you have had to do over these past weeks to get the advice you needed. This could and should be used to get the council to pay these expenses. If they had read and acted upon the report properly you would not be in this position now.
With regards to the deprssion as I have said before to you People with different forms of depression react in different ways. If everyone with the "same type" of depression reacted the same way, it would be far easier to treat. You have a coping mechanism and to your immense credit you are not willing to show your feelings or upset to the children. BUT>>>>>>>>>>>> do you tell people how you feel when the Twins are in school and you are alone.Somehow I think not.:D
That report makes my blood boil Depression is a very misunderstood illness and I also think that the word depression is a word that is bandied about too much. The difference between being depressed and being fed up is enormous. Depression flattens you completely making it difficult to deal with things. And yet you can give the appearance of someone who is in complete control.
This is the conclusion the HLO has drawn and yet its plain from the report that the Dr reading it disagrees and asks her to get a second opnion. Yet she felt that she was more qualified to make a diagnosis than a GP:eek: GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!
I only hope that her "Perfect" world never implodes in any way and she should ever find herself in the grip of depression. (the evil part of me would like her to suffer, but going thru it as you have and I have I wouldnt wish it on my worse enemy.)
Good luck tmwr MOT and try to keep tabs on phone calls etc; as all this needs to be reimbursed. You can ill afford all this expense together with all the stress.

    )))))))))))))))))))))HUGS))))))))))))))))))) to you all.

Hello DS - (call him in please mot, it's time to sort this out)
All morning,R5(was waiting to switch to R4 for Desert Island Discs>ISIHAC and fed up with Archers atmo)held discussion on Who Should Be England's New Manager. Now, despite popular opinion carrying the day here:
a] - Your name was not mentioned once.
b] - The present England team's petition in favour of you has clearly been suppressed.
c] - All the telephone votes for you were wrongly transferred to Strictly Come Dancing.
    But, the Good News is - Gordon Brown is announcing a Government Enquiry;
he's sending the c.d. briefing in a recycled envelope via Internal Post(as soon as somebody's eaten it)
YOU ARE STILL 'THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE'.
    ##########
mot, every good wish again tomorrow.
It's already excellent to see you writing ' my solicitor' and similar.
You were under time pressure the other day, but take advice on the Publicity-now/later scenario. (I suspect 'later', if you now have proper legal representation and - as IT says - there's a cracking, vital and important book/docudrama in all of this and you are both intelligent, articulate people.)
May your growing confidence and relief be further vindicated tomorrow.

...........as we believe there to have been an 'intruder' in the building:eek: We were quietly watching IACGMOOH when there was a knock at the front door (this can only have been from one of the 'inmates' as there is a main front door for which we all need a key to enter) there stood this young man, earrings dotted all over his lobes, baseball cap and wearing a very loud patterned hoodie. He aksed if we were ok and had we heard anything as the back door of the house had been left wide open and a 'person unknown' had been seen in the building. Told we were ok and had a brief chat about him, his g/f and his hoodie:rolleyes: closed and double the door and settled back to the tv.

Meant to jot this the moment I read it - you do have such a chain inside your door, I hope?
Just make sure it's always on, even when you first answer(until the caller has spoken and you are reassured)for as long as you remain there, PLEASE.

  • Just back from the solicitors. She completed MOT's statement by dictation to be typed later. It got a bit traumatic for MOT when going through the reasons for the breakdown of her marriage - bit of a horror story there. It was also very emotional discussing her problems about the abusive boss, her grievance procedure and their threats against her and the twins. I'm just glad I was there to support her. MOT has to supply some additional information which we can fax from my place. We were told again that it was going to be a tough case to argue but I think we knew that already. The NOW Medical report was brought again to their attention, in particular the lack of any conclusion and NOW's suggestion that a phsyciatric exam might be 'prudent' and the lack of any action in this regard by the Council who failed to bring this to MOT's attention or suggest that she get such an examination. I think when this is pointed up at the hearing, if they don't conclude in MOT's favour they may well suspend their decision and adjourn pending a phsyciatric exam, which of course will delay matters further. We await the report from MOT's West Mids GP which should be helpful, plus the report from the Counsellor who MOT had 6 sessions with. So now we await further news from the solicitor. Had a great weekend by the way and the twins really liked staying over at my place too, even if they did have to share a bed. I think it might have been my Spicy Shepherds Pie which swung it though.
