  • Hi MOT
glad to see that you seem to be getting somewhere and that you seem to be a bit brighter about everything now.
I'm glad that the twins have now been able to make their voices heard. You sound like you have two fab kids who seem mature for their age.
You will all have a fab time at I-T's at christmas ( you have got further than i have with xmas planning!!) and it takes more than just genetics to make a good father/father figure and it sounds like i_t doin a great job with the twins
as ever good luck and keep on fighting

Great stuff! Did your old GP send a proper report yet? And the chirporactor?
Oh, one more question - did you watch the Queenie programme on BBC1 last night?!
Hi Floss, yes old GP has rent report to council last week, so I need a copy of that too then I can see if he needs to add more to it. Chiropractor sent report in not that it was much help to my depression but overall it does have an impact.

I am so bored tonight - tv is rubbish, I-T is away on business and I am tired as I was up at 4.30am so don't think it will be long before I am in bed reading.

Tomorrow I have CAP (Christians against Poverty) coming to look at my finances - I will get them to do a report too for the appeal saying that they are now handling my finances. Then I am off to help my old neighbours clean the 'big house' as they moved out today away from evil LL. Once that is done we should never have to have anything to do with him again:j .

I also need to complete various Crisis/Budgeting loan forms to apply for help with the removal costs and possible deposit for private rented if the appeal goes against me and as I STILL haven't heard about the Crisis Loan I apllied for 7 weeks ago I'd better get cracking!

Hope you all sleep well and I'll 'see' you tomorrow xx

He won't bother pursuing you if you have no money, he'll just be grateful he has his property back. He certainly won't waste his own money on making you bankrupt. At worst he may try and get a court order for the back rent due at best you won't hear from him again.

CAP may advise you to try and agree a payment schedule with him, so that you could defend yourself in court, but only agree to what you can afford.

  • Ditto what Silver car says - evil LL is the least of your worries at the moment and if he is such a malicious !!!!!! to take you to court then let the court see what has happened to you -hug
