Your walks sound lovely. I keep saying I will do my walk first thing and your description of yours strengthens my resolve.
My headphones are here but Luddite stress has stopped me from progressing with them. I will make them tomorrows frog. They are quite big. Do yours fit?
Re the headphones I'm afraid I've been suffering from Luddite stress as well!☹️ They're not too bad a fit though - I must have a large noggin!🤣Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Talking of beauty products, which sort of morphs into one's figure - I had a nasty shock when I got on the scales at the weekend and found I've put on 8lb since I started working from home a fortnight ago!😱. That is bad, bad! If I don't watch it I'll put back on all the weight I took off a few months ago! So I joined WW and am on the blue plan as from last weekend. I might even try and fit in the 5:2 but this might be a step too far.....☹️ It just shows that it's what and how much you eat that's the problem as I'm walking every day!Anyway today was back to work - busy, busy, but I went out at lunchtime. Quite a chilly wind and the sun kept going in and out but bright enough to wear my sunglasses. And when the wind dropped it felt quite warm. The tide was out today but still a nice ramble although hardly anyone around. Everyone's front gardens are looking very nice with all this extra care due to the lockdown!
This evening I've got a clothes wash to put on, a couple of calls to make and I'm going to put my moisturising socks on whilst watching the box! BBC4 have been re-running 'Wolf Hall' for the last few evenings and it's the final two episodes tonight.SCRIMPY MSE THINGSBeauty box, WW and a 70th birthday card at Waitrose yesterday. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I I think we will all be guilty of putting on weight after this is all over. I think it's so easy just to go to the fridge and get anything you have. I am sure you will be successful on your WW . Does the diet work out ok with the vegan diet you follow?Your beauty box sounds ideal.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.2

I've been a bit guilty over chocolate I'm afraid. And I haven't been 100% vegan since all this shopping palaver started as I've not always been able to get my preferred vegan cheese. I've slipped to cheddar as the vegan versions I could find I find awful (hangs head in shame.....🤫🤫🤫🤫)Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Look what I’ve started with the beauty boxes 🤣
I do WW blue plan although have been a bit free range with it just lately. Seem to be staying the same weight though. It works for me and I’ve been at goal give or take the odd pound for 18 years.Don’t worry too much about the cheese at the moment at least you’ve not reverted to meat 😱I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -
I've never really minding missing meat so much SA, it's the dairy (especially good cheese) that I miss. ☹️Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
