Remember - you can't control his actions but you can control your reaction to them. If he carries on sending you bullying emails then I suggest you email him (not a reply to anything he's sent) asking him to stop harassing you, and pointing out that most people would, should it be publicised, take a very dim view of someone using CCTV which is allegedly there for for security reasons, to spy on their house-sitter...make clear that the subject is closed, and that you expect to hear no more from him on the matter. If he continues, add his email address to your "junk senders" list...
