I thought Baroness Altmann said she will take this issue up with the House of Lords in October ???? What happened ???

Baroness Altmann said the CCJ scandal was an 'absolute outrage'

Maybe due the lack of attention by Theresa May, maybe we should all write to Nigel Farage ..... ???
  • Only do that if your name is Trump.

I bet we will get a trade deal done fairly promptly which will upset the EU cos they have been trying for donkeys years to get one. At least I doubt we will be back of the queue, as per Cameron.

I know many people are trying to get the latter day bandit PPC's and debt collectors fixed as I have on behalf of my carer lady. Still no response from SRA after many weeks. can only suspect it's a "let's all close ranks against these upstarts situation"
Regarding land owners and PPC's. At my local Lidl the PPC signs say quite clearly in simple English. Ninety minutes parking allowed free and overstay will result in a charge. It also says no return wihin two hours. Now this no return bit can tiresome if you forget something and want to nip back to get it.
I mentioned this to a Manager at the store. His reply was that the no return bit doesn't mean no return it means that is the stay limit. Now I've been reading English for a good number of years and I know what it says and means. I left exasperated. My point is though, what chance have we got with landowners if this is their level.

You need to keep on to the SRA requesting they respond with a satisfactory answer

It would also be a good idea to contact the HO of Lidl saying ...

"I have abided by the signs and noted that I cannot return to spend more money with you ? Just to advise you, I spent that money in Aldi"

Sometimes you have to treat idiots as idiots

Right now with all the politics going on, cannot help feeling that Mrs May and her government have already lost the plot
