Parking eye confirmed it is from the 25th March this year at an Aldi car park and we overstayed by 7 minutes.
That almost certainly CANNOT be correct for two reasons I won't go into.

Start a new thread on the forum :

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163

...and show the proof (scans or photos of letters) that this was an Aldi PCN that went to court over a SEVEN MINUTE overstay.

Do not post here, this is a discussion thread not for helping with queries. You will of course be advised to complain URGENTLY with copies of the paperwork to your own MP as well as Theresa May and Sir Oliver Heald (see above) and here:

    And to join Casehub:

HTH, new thread please and proof this was the first Aldi PCN we've ever seen go to a small claim, and that it was about SEVEN MINUTES.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi

Thank you for your response I have started a new thread as requested. My husband was told over phone how long he was over. As I say we have not seen any paperwork regarding this, we have just been told verbally over the phone.

Why would anyone EVER phone up about such a thing? Seriously, you made a phone call to the scumbags? What did you hope to achieve with that? Tell us on your own thread and show pictures of the paperwork.
To be fair CM, whilst we know not to, the OP (and lots of victims) don't know this. This may well have been the first time they have been scammed.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
