I ordered mine from Biovea. I'm not sure if it does work for tinnitus, just I read it a couple of times. It does help with sleep.
That'd be good, too; I've had fearful insomnia for as long as I can remember; then when I do finally get to sleep, I get nightmares. :(

The CBD oil helps me to sleep 😉
No seriously i'm feeling so much better at the moment, not sure if it's with the thyroxine, CBD oil or a combination of both, but my legs aren't as painful, i'm not as tired and drained n my sleep's a lot better 😊
Healing vibes n huggles to all ❤

    Hey everyone,
I’m broken today! Did too much at the weekend and the beginning of the week and I’m wiped out. I e came home had a shower and go into bed so think it’s an early night for me!
Got loads to sort out tomorrow too and have to go into town and it’s DD Xmas play in the afternoon so no chance of resting. If I make it till Friday I can have a day of chilling out.
I hate it as when I’m too tired my body just stops working! My arms don’t co operate and my legs are like dead weights, I’ve had a water infection last week too and still on the antibiotics so think I’ve done ok to make it this far really.

I can’t believe we are so close to Xmas! I spent all day Tuesday wrapping g ALL the presents up and nearly killed myself in the process but at least it’s all done now I suppose. I still have no idea what I’m doing for food, I’ve bought a box of after eight mints and sausages and bacon to do my pigs in blankets and that’s it! Suppose I should really make a list?

    Hope everyone is ok x

*Waves to Tink* I too am broken today. Mr LW wanted to visit Bletchley Park yesterday; we were there for about four hours; and the upshot is I have been unable to do anything at all today.
He wants to go and see the new Star Wars film tomorrow, too *groan*. I do wish he'd go to these things on his own, but he won't - he says he feels "uncomfortable" going alone. Big wuss!!

    Evening everyone!

Been a busy weekend but I’ve got loads done and I’m hoping that makes next week easier.
I’ve got turkey, my pigs in blankets are prepped and the stuffing is in the freezer too! Just veg to get later next week. Have a cheese cake in the freezer and an Xmas log! Party stuff bought and stuff for the cheese board too!

Last of the presents to wrap up and I’m not doing anything else!

    Hope everyone is ok xx

I have my house guest here :T - he arrived on Saturday and is staying til 5th January, he has four legs, a tail, and very long fur. :D

The thread seems to be very quiet lately, I hope it's because you are all busy with your preparations, not because you're too poorly to post. *inserts worried emoji*

Another one still reading every day, ticking over, but a bit short on spoons. Lack of motivation not helping either, I really need a good routine for my day, but never know what a day will bring in terms of IBS and joint pain. I have started trying to go to bed a little earlier and getting up earlier and that is helping a little.

Hugs and spoons to all that need them and best wishes for Christmas and a peaceful and healthier 2018.

I'm here too. My sister came over from Ireland for the weekend which was great but her flight home was delayed because of fog yesterday which was worrying. It was also tiring as i stayed up until her delayed flight landed.

This years best find - scotch easy tear tape. Sellotape that you can tear with fingers (even my non working hands). Wrapping the HT's presents was a doddle.

This years worst news.... my 39 year old cousin and father to 2 small children has been diagnosed with motor neurone disease. I am gutted for him and his family.

He's a long-haired JRT. It's his seventh time with us, and he loves coming to stay with Auntie Wolfy; the only downside with him is he doesn't eat well, so I have to sit with him at mealtimes and encourage him. He's a lovely little chap though. His name's Ronnie.

Cranky I'm so sorry to learn of the MND diagnosis. That's horrible.

Maddie if a slight alteration in bedtime helps, that's grand. :T
