That's amazing hun
xx
Thanks.xxx
It's funny as well as doing the brain retraining has had a weird side-effect as I cannot stop listening to music now. I listen to music almost from the time I wake up until I go to bed.:p
I love listening to music I liked as a teenager and when I was at uni. Pulp, The Prodigy, Oasis etc... Maybe because it's when I was the most happy or the most healthy in my life? I really have no idea.
It's like things that happened at uni were yesterday and my late twenties until my early forties are very hazy memories.
The brain is very odd!:rotfl:1 -
Hi all from the very absent OP! I can't believe it's nearly two months since my last post. I've barely been online as the two family techies have been gamely trying to keep my beloved Dell in the land of the living.
New hard drive and other parts and finally convincing me to sacrifice Windows 7 (cue umpteen hissy fits by me) and finally it's functioning properly again. Youngest has configured it today so it pretty well resembles W7. The wallpaper was appaling all zig zags and loud colours so she finally found a pale blue background similar to my previous one.
Most fun was passwords , all was fine until mse. I had visions of becoming a newbie again however all was sorted by the team and I'm back with my Glasgow Rose.
It's lovely to hear you are full of energy and enjoying life
Wednesday , the thyroid really can cause dreadful exhaustion so it's good your GP was on the case.
I hope all is well with you both candy and Pauline.
I lurk on some threads you post on Jojo and hope life is ok . You're welcome to post here when you have the energy.
Thoughts and lavender vibes to dear Wolfy and Mr Wolf. Thinking too of mothernerd. Hopefully you haven't struggled too much with the hot and humid weather and the wet, wet ,wet. Here on the NW coast it's been the land of the sleepless , flares of the arthritis and fibro and sciatica.
Tonight is cooler so we're praying for sleep. More rain is forecast tomorrow , I'm nor sure the ground can cope with much more.
Hope you all sleep well .
Take care all

I couldn't believe how much better I felt just after being on the thyroid meds for a couple of weeks. My GP said that it showed that my thyroid was just slightly abnormal as it went back to normal so quickly. I can't imagine how exhausted people must feel if they have a badly functioning thyroid!:(2025 GOALS

It's lovely to see you here beanie. Oddly enough I've found your thread and realised tomorrow is a big day for you. I hope all goes according to plan and you'll soon be out and about enjoying a sense of freedom.
Thanks for your kind words. My late mum always said I could talk the hind leg off a donkey so maybe I need to master the art of short posts
Just going to pop over to see if Mooloo has posted and drag myself to bed.

Oh that's a shame I was hoping she would get some rest and a bit of headspace before returning to real life. Not much she can do from afar. I hope she will try to put herself first this time , easier said than done but she needs the break.
