Give it a few months for the glitches to iron out and the price to drop.0

I'm envious even of your iPhone 6! I have a 5S that is nearing the end of its lifespan. I fall over on a regular basis and because the phone is usually about my person when I fall over (as I carry it everywhere for that reason) it's been dropped and knocked etc goodness knows how many times which has shortened it's lifespan. I'm due for upgrade soon but I'm beginning to tire of being on contract and want to go PAYG but can't afford a new phone. I would love it if someone gave me a 6! I know the 7 looks shiny and new and I'm really envious of those who can afford it too but honestly you have a good phone- you don't need another.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200

Well done you for dealing with this. Really, this is hard work and you are doing it. It will get easier and easier. And like I said, I wasn't wanting it because I'd compared the phones, it was just this weird but very severe desire to possess it. Sounds morbid.
Either way, do congratulate yourself for fighting the urge. You should feel much better about yourself for doing so than you would feel having it.0 -
Don't buy it outright on a cc with high interest not worth it.... or your emergency money, might need that for new cooker boiler etc...
Only get it on contract Three have some good deal on at the moment...
or wait till it's cheaper e.g next year or once you have paid your debts off0 -

Now you know - don't watch any future key note speeches! They are designed to part you from your money (or in your case, money that isn't even yours). Stop exposing yourself to such pressure. But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Don't be too down on yourself about this. Companies spend tonnes of money to induce this feeling. A large part of the economy is built on it. Some very talented people who might otherwise be curing cancer or eliminating poverty or whatever spend their time figuring out the best way to make us buy crap we don't need.0 -

I really really really really want an iPhone 7 Plus. I'm doing the thing where you justify the want just because you want it.
I really need someone to "shout" at me. I don't have the cash - it would go on Very account, a credit card that I've just cleared, spend my emergency fund just to have it. Despite me knowing this, I still want it - and one bad moment and I'll buy it on a whim.
It's like my skin is itching - so please - please be mean and tell me not to get it. Husband's at an interview so can't call him.
I today declined IPhone 7 from current provider O2.
60 upfront cost 50.00 p/month 24 mths 5 gig data unlimited calls texts.
Plus 30.00 final iPhone 6 payment.
I chose iPhone 6 upgrade from iPhone 5 2 yrs ago as I wanted NFC/Contactless payments.
Here I am with £30 to pay and my existing IPhone 6 in excellent condition and running IOS10.
After watching Apple event, there's nothing techy wise with 7 to get a sale.
As other MSEr's have mentioned, I'll wait next Iphnone due 2017.
If wireless charging and nice modern OLED screen become available, that's when I'll be tempted to start a new purchase and contract via O2.
Hope you don't make a panic costly 'I want it decision' unless the dual camera and 1 meter waterprroof is useful to you.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -
There's more to life than a phone. Seriously. Try to do other things until next September 2017. I lived on a basic Samsung for 2 years between my 3GS and 6Plus. Then I dropped my 6Plus causing rust to form. Claimed it, and stuck with the SE, and will stay on this until Sep 2017 or Sep 2018. Think aheadStudent loan: Cleared.0

Im surprised people who are into the technology in phones would even buy an iPhone!. The Galaxy S7 has wireless charging, an OLED screen, more ram and a much powerful processor than the latest iPhone.
Plus Android phones are not locked down like Apple phones so you can do a lot more with them that is really useful. Like connecting Bluetooth ODB adapters to read your cars fault codes to get real time data.
But I wouldn't spend £600+ on the latest phone because they arnt worth it (even on a contract). The only reason I have the S7 Edge is because I got a broken one for £15 and repaired it for £100, which is such a great deal I could keep it for 2 years and probably still make a profit!.0
