QQ declined my offer, FOS now said QQ has offered £538
WONGA result from FOS in a few days.0 -
I am getting my score but for the credit cards everyone says - No eligibility score. Does anyone have any ideas? I used to get the % eligibility but not nothing for any of them.
Thanks0 -
Got the new free Experian credit report in MSE Credit Club today. But the Electoral Roll section has the same error as in Clearscore in that the address for my current address and my previous adress are combined. I get the house number of my previous address and the rest of the address is my current address all in one address. Needs a fix methinks.0

So clearscore no longer have any accounts linked to my account where as equifax do. How does that even happen?
I can't log into mse credit club due to problems verifying. This is after setting up an account. Despite experians free credit score update still working.
And it seems nothing can be done. As all my details are correct. But im betting they aren't on the credit agencies file0 -

Hi Westminster
Experian have been working hard fixing some bugs around how the verification process for existing members works. The good news is that this is now live, so if you can no longer access your account, drop us a note to creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com and we'll ask Experian to review your account for you.0 -
Is there any update as to whether those who fail verification checks can actually speak to anyone to get verified so they can actually join? I don't understand why I can't be verified; I'm logged into Experian credit matcher right now, they know who I am and all the information matches what I am putting into MSE.
It's just very frustrating that there's a black hole for verification failures, and there should be a mechanism to prove you are who you say you are.
Hi Raquela
I completely understand how frustrating this must be, but unfortunately as yet we don't have any way to manually verify your identity when the automated system returns a failure back to us.
This is something we're continuing to push Experian to improve and there are potentially a few options for the future, but I'm afraid there's nothing imminent around this.0 -

Hi Laura84
It sounds like Experian have only been able to partially match you for Credit Club. I'll try not to get too bogged down in the detail, but when you sign-in, your identity is verified against multiple systems at Experian. This is the reason why on your 'soft searches' you'll likely see more than one entry for MSE.
It is a little technical, but frustratingly it is possible for Experian to match you for your score and report, but not against its eligibility checkers, which seems to be the case for you.
There's nothing that we can do to fix your match directly. But we are working hard to get Experian to enhance its processes to reduce the likelihood of this happening in the future.0 -

Hi Anthorn
Could you raise a 'need some help' query against this entry in your report? This'll be routed through to the team at Experian who'll be able to get this corrected for you.0 -
874 out of 999 score so far, but only a 10% hit rate on the top credit cards and loans.
The journey continues.0
