    Morning all

Hugs, sticks spoons and vibes to all.

Zack got bathed last night so he's all fluffy but sulking. Part of that is probably because DD has gone to school. He was calling after her this morning and nearly exploded with excitement when she got home last night.

I got sunburnt yesterday so I'm sore but applying cold aftersun :( I also have a headache and just want to sleep so I've taken painkillers and I'm taking it easy this morning and catching up on Gardeners World from the past few weeks and counting it as my time. I'm also doing laundry as I've been going through lots of clothes due to the heat and sweating a lot when I go out but I need jeans and a vest top as well as my shirt before the vets! :o However the weather is not being co-operative so I have to use the TD as its lashing it down here.

Tomorrow I'll do other flying. I'm just too tired today and need to conserve what energy I have to deal with Zack in the vets. I really hope they have a note on his file not to have a bloke deal with him. I did ask them to add one when I last took him in and warned them on the phone when I made the appointment. I must not get anxious myself though or he'll sense it and it'll make him 10 times worse :(

  • Hello, I've been following the Flylady threads for ages, but felt it was time to introduce myself.

I think I might have Asperger's (my son had a diagnosis earlier in the year), so always feel totally overwhelmed by housework. The lists on here are absolutely brilliant to help me get my head in gear as I often need someone else to tell me what to do first!

Right, off to add today's tasks to Wunderlist and then I'd better get going! Lots and lots of laundry to catch up with today.

    Hello,

I've been awol this morning, had coffee and a long natter with my mother, half sorted babysitting for college evening then went to try find a nice throw and a pe tshirt for DD. Tried 2 places but none in her size but the second place did have some lovely cushions and throw to go in my new LR.

Also bought myself a magazine as a treat so I may have some lazy time this afternoon. But I must do something in the house, so far today I've only tidied my desk :o

Not sure I want visitors :) They seem to involve a LOT of hard work...
That's why I only like visitors of the canine persuasion. :rotfl:

Ronnie was in major show-off mode last night, because Mr L's pal came over, and he loves dogs almost as much as I do.

Mr LW is at the Fang Farrier just now, so I have peace and quiet for a while. :D

Flying-wise, I've done the bits I can reach in the kitchen, which was the area most in need. Not very impressive I know, but I am still in a heck of a lot of pain, so hopefully Teacher won't give me 100 lines this time....

  • Emulsion has had 2 coats, the lampshade and curtain pole are back up so we can sleep in there tonight- I've had the window open all day so it doesn't smell too bad. Rang carpet shop and they've had a cancellation so I can have the bedroom carpet fitted Tuesday afternoon. Which hopefully means we will get everything back in ther by the following weekend.

I've got back ache now so am having the rest of the night off with a book.
