  • Thanks for the suggestion of PA, carbootcrazy! Just had a look at it and it looks quite good compared to some other survey/questionnaire sites.

£1.10 landed in my account from Qmee - slowly but surely!

  • Sold anther book on Amazon last night. Not a big profit but more clutter gone:j. Will add when I get the money.

2 of my BINs on eBay sold yesterday too. Again, not mega expensive but every little helps. Both buyers have paid so that's £5.79 after fees to add to the pot.

I hope you're all enjoying the last of the summer weather:beer:. It's a bit too hot for me though:(

  • a nice £143 in from a fuel expenses claim at DH work... also £25 in sales... puts me at £323.31 already :j:j ... so target achieved... however with2 more grocery weeks till DH payday and dentist check up next week... plus low on fuel and overdrawn nearly £200... so I need to raise a further £450 to keep afloat for september... off now to do an ebay listing afternoon... i hope that i can find enough stuff! I refuse to continue using the CC to pay these living costs... blooming bill just keeps on rising, and so does the monthly minimum payment... a perpetual spiral of doom!!!

well done on smasHong target. you can make the extra you need. you will have ebay sales think positive.

have a look at populuslive it's a survey site. a friend makes £50 every 2/3 months. yougov is another popular one that you cash out at £50 and I think there is another new vista.

Just a quick question - we cancelled a Direct Debit that we no longer used/needed this month. Should I add this to September's total?

Hi. Yes you can add that saving for September but not going forward. hopefully the extra money will come in useful.

£14 from weighing some clothes in (Cash 4 Clothes I think it's called - there may be some similar names in your local area). These are all things that didn't sell on a few car boots.

Got a few bids on some ebay bits and hopefully someone is coming to collect an item from Gumtree later this week. Also got my Dad taking a few of my things when he does a car boot tomorrow.

Going to get on Valued Opinions, Toluna, Qmee, and everything else online that I've been neglecting, this weekend.

well done. our local one shut down. the woman. got into debt with her creditors. but I also thought she was very fussy with what she rejected. good next stuff and she would chuck it on the floor as reject.
  • The one I used had a very long list of items they wouldn't accept and every item had a good once over - the person that used to run this one before used to reject certain branded items and then put them on ebay...
