Evening all, hope you had a good weekend
Not had a chance to post over the weekend but very pleased to say I've stuck to plan all weekend :A It's been weekends that have been throwing me off track recently so feels like a big achievement. I'm off on holiday next Sunday for 5 nights, so aiming for another week on plan before I go away. Fingers crossed for weigh in on Weds!

Sorry to hear about your nan ruby but good to see you back on track and posting.fozziebeartoo wrote: »While I have been away, there has been to doo-dah at group with the scales being wrong, so quite pleased I missed that - big losses for all one week and then gains the next apparently (just what I have gleaned from Facebook).
That's exactly what happened at the group I went to for weigh and go last week. The consultant was giving out printed slips explaining/apologising and I only met one person with a loss. Fortunately I was (just) within target range but some people were really furious. The football was so dull!
Definitely.... and hilarious that Lallana managed to score in extra-extra time when he'd normally have been off the pitch as he rarely manages more than 60 minutes.
I hope Scotland manage to win against Malta greentiger but I do envy the fans being out there. We had a week in Malta this time last year and loved every minute, so much to see and do.
Have you managed to lose/STS overall through the school holidays tweets? When you get back to school I want your colleagues to be as jealous as ever of your weightloss.:)
I have nibbled on a couple of small bits of crackling but otherwise I've been good and stuck to plan.:)0 -
Hi all
I am hopefully rejoining SW tomorrow. I have done it before and lost a few stone each time. Last time was this time last year, I lost a stone in 3 months but then fell pregnant so stopped going. My gorgeous little boy was born just under 4 weeks ago so I'm ready to rejoin. Luckily I only put on 21lbs during pregnancy and I have already lost that plus 8lbs more due to breastfeeding!
I'm veggie and have only ever done Green days before but wondering whether to try EE instead? Any pointers?
I have the voucher for free membership, have found a new group to join (didn't like the old one), have messaged the consultant and she seems friendly and told me that baby is very welcome. So as long as we both can be up and out in time for the class tomorrow (11.30) then I will join up. I will try and make myself get on here to post my meals daily as I find that really helps me.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Never mind I did treat myself to some joggers in Tesco this last week and may have been elasticated waistBut size 16 big so I bought size 14 :j:j:j

Does anyone have the syns for the Co-op Hereford beef mince (10% fat) please?
Picked up by accident today, but it's much nicer than the 5% stuff, I might make the change if it's not too bad.0 -
*Sorry have just copied and pasted from the previous thread as didn't realise there was a new thread*
Hi all,
Haven't had time to catch up on the thread, but I hope everyone is ok.
Finally got my 6st award yesterday and won slimmer of the week, as shock horror I managed to lose 4lbs this week! Not sure how I managed that to be honest.
I got the new magazine and tried the recipe at the back of the little recipe book (toffee and chocolate mousse). It didn't exactly work out to plan as mousse mixture and yoghurt wouldn't layer it just mixed together. So even after the chilling time in the fridge it didn't set.
What does every do for a low syn Sundae/dessert?
Have a good week all.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
Brilliant loss abbafan glad you found us.:T
2 syns for 100g for the Co-op 10% mince topgirl
I just put the rest of the pork crackling in the bin, no more temptation.
I rarely do puddings except for visitors. My go to is an Eton mess but I do it deconstructed. So fruit (strawberries and raspberries), mini meringues (1 syn each) and a choice of 0% thick Greek yogurt or cream then I let people help themselves and be as synful as they wish.0 -

Thank you maman, you're a star. Definitely worth a maximum of 3-4 syns per meal, the mince is so much meatier and tastier.0 -
Can I ask a question red target weights?
When I was with WW and with them there was a max & min weight that your target could be in.
Does SW have the same max & min ? I can't find anything (though there is a healthy bmi chart in the book) and I was told I set my target (which seems daft)0
