Forgot to post for Wed STS please Shala. I didn't deserve any better as I've only been halfhearted about sticking to plan.

Visitors this weekend so lots of meals/drinks out to show them about, so totally off plan fri/sat. To be honest I've really enjoyed it, and I've eaten things I've not had in 2016 (morning roll!). I've been struggling with lots of stuff the last few weeks and just generally unravelling, but I feel ready to reset and start over.

So from today, back to food plan, exercise reset, and refind my routine. probably won't save me from the next WI but I'm happy to expect a gain and carry on.
  • Hello just popping in to report 3.5 lb loss.I'm rather surprised cos a mid week peep said I'd gone up slightly. Having said that I wasn't feeling great yesterday and so didn't each much but I'm going to take the loss and hope it doesn't go back on!!!

Yesterday was a lovely full English sw stylee ( potato slices, eggs, two halves of a tomato, mushrooms, bacon and beans).
A toffee yogurt and a banana.
    Bangers,mash,carrots,broccoli and gravy ( 3 syns worth).
I then spoilt it slightly by eating 6 red velvet winter special Oreos that we have as my dd's had a delivery of USA goodies!
Had milk in mash and cuppas as hea but had no heb!

Today I've had a banana and toffee yogurt.
Lunch is ryvita with laughing cow, a chopped Apple,2 slices of ham and a bag of hula hoops pufft.
Tea will be a roast - sw of course!
But feeling positive as my head is slowly getting back in the game and each day is improved.
  • Oooo and forgot to say I was excited this morning to notice that Aldi now sell cauliflower rice!! And cheaper than the big supermarkets too....it's on an intro offer for 59p but will sell normally for 75p , small things make me happy, lol!

:T well done on your loss wiz. Back to winning ways! And don't knock STS if you haven't been properly on plan newme.

No problem eating cold, new potatoes between meals wiz especially on Green same is true of cold meats. The only reason I'd say be careful on EE is that you're already sailing close to the wind on your third of Speed on EE days (although I know you're doing your level best) so having extra non Speed sort of pushes your percentage for the day down IYSWIM. Sometimes I'll eat a baby beetroot straight from the fridge/jar to compensate.;)

    Todays EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, ham, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: probably ham, bubble & squeak and pickles like yesterday but may have lentil and veg soup instead.
D: JO roast pork on trivet of veg (onion, celery, carrot), SW roast potatoes, cauli, cabbage, broccoli, red cabbage
Syns: squirt of HP sauce, HM gravy, weekend wine

I need to show extreme willpower with the crackling on the pork and not eat the trivet of veg (dripping in meat juices)before it gets to the table:o.
  • Hello

Sorry I haven't posted in a while but on my first weigh in yesterday, after 2 weeks on the plan ( went to US last weekend) I stayed the same.

Some might see this as disappointing but I was really pleased!

Going for gold this week though!,

However as I woke up I had a funny surprise- still half asleep I reached for my phone and upon clicking on a Twitter notification I was confronted with the sight of the new prop we have signed who I am sponsoring this season, along with a bunch of his team-mates, modelling some boxers they had been given! That sharp woke me up I tell you :rotfl:

There are worse ways to wake up MrsR! ;)

Favourite snack ever.. I have to do it in secret though as it disgusts OH, he can't even stand the smell of beetroot!:rotfl:

That's a brilliant result gettingtheresometime if you've been to the US for a bit, how did you find the food out there? Easy to adapt? did you eat out a lot or were you able to cook?

I took a bold step for me this morning and volunteered to be shop lady at class  i'm very nervous about it as it's a little out of my comfort zone but it will help build my confidence so fingers crossed it goes well.. if anything it's means I have to go every week even if I've put on as I won't want to let any one down! So first night is Thursday, hope I don't make a fool of myself

    Menu for today
Brunch - toast (heb) ham, cheese (hea)
Tea - pork stir fry, veg, noodles
Snacks - pom bears (4) apple

Still struggling for speed items but the shopping's coming tonight so :T
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • Forced myself into Exeter today. Only went to primark cause I didn't want to spend a fortune. Bought myself a leather look jacket, fat pants, and other little bits. Spent over £60! Oops!

Then took a quick wander to super drug as needed hair dye as I'm off to a wedding next weekend.

I've tried my fat pants on with my dress and am feeing ok..ish! I'm happy with everything apart my slight belly podge :(

    Never mind!

Hope everyone's day is going well!

Time to go make my chilli! Nom nom xx
