If its just electricals that are the concern, an electrician could do an inspection for a relatively low price.

The buyer should most definitely have had a survey done, and that was their responsibility.

Yeah, I'm guessing you didn't read the 500+ intervening posts....

I was thinking the same exact thing, they never read any of it..shame really, because they missed out on some great entertainment.
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.

Oooh! I'm creeping up to my 20k posts! :)

    Hope I don't miss it!

Reminds me of the time in my old car when it was getting close to 100,000 miles on the clock, and I wanted to see it click round to the magic number.

I kept looking, kept looking, kept looking............

And then I went and missed it! 100,002! Grrrrrrrrr! :rotfl:

Do you think someone could go and poke the munchkin with a stick, to get him all riled up again?

    I'm missing the fun! :D

After someone's suggestion earlier (sorry can't find the post to see who), I only see Danny de Vito now when the munchkin is mentioned!
