Do we? As far as I can tell, 48% of people voted for no immigration restrictions and of the 52% who voted for brexit, I'm pretty sure more than 2% don't want immigration restrictions.

So, as far as democracy and majority rule goes, we should probably pursue a brexit model which entails entry in the single market and includes freedom of movement.

You can ask Cameron why he made this vote about article 50 happen without having plans or knowing what it means. He is responsible for this, not me, so discuss these with him.

Back on the vote, as far as I can tell 52% of people called for triggering article 50, so let's do this.

Then we can freely decide if we want to open or close our borders any time. We can even have a vote about it. But for now let's do what we have to do, trigger article 50.

no, it was clear that many 'remainers' were appalled by the thought that Turkish people might have no immigration restrictions : they even 'accused' brexiters' of scare mongering by the very suggestion.

It is clear that many 'remainers' would like immigration restriction applied even to the white, crhristian european countries but felt that overall taking everything into consideration, that they would vote remain.

Please stop peddling your snake oil around these parts mr snake oil salesman.

That's all very well, but probably best you don't speak for the whole country and say "we" voted for something, when "we" actually didn't.

Lol, so your suggestion saying not all brexiters want immigration restrictions is valid, while someone else saying not all bremainers want open borders is snake oil?

Let me tell you all of my genuine white british remainer friends and colleauges think that while they want to stay in the EU they would want some kind of immigration restrictions.

According to current rules majority at a referendum means that we - as a country - voted for this.

Were you best mates with that Jim Clark of Selma : he never did accept that those 'N' boys actually wanted to sit in the front of the bus or go to uni or mix with white folk. Just a load of trouble makers from out of town causing all that grieve.
Address the issue of why you think that discriminating against all African countries isn't racist or even in the best interests for the people of the UK (or even of the people of the EU).

For brexit, yes. But the rest is unknown. Some people went to great lengths to explain to us that they were not anti-foreigner and just wanted to "take back control" of the laws of the country and to form trade agreements with whoever we choose. It surprised me at the time that regular folk know or care so much about trade agreements and bendy banana laws, but that's what we were told. So, no "we" didn't vote for what you're telling me "we" voted for.

Luckily we don't need to define what this vote was about, thanks to cameron it was clear to everyone. Triggering Article 50.
Also the result is a clear yes.
    So let's do it.

Then we can talk about why we have "white british" "white other" "asian" "black" etc... questions on all official forms...

Saying this, I am not white british either, I was reacting to someone saying all remainers want open borders. No, it's not true, there are a lot who does not, but mostly because of fears created by the remain group they've decided to vote remain.
