how does insurance company can charge? do I have to notify them or they get notified?

As much as they want to charge you at renewal. Of course you then have the option to take your business elsewhere if you do not like their price.

You are required to notify your insurers at the renewal following the speeding conviction or notice of intention to prosecute if it is not concluded at the point of renewal. Failure to notify your insurers at renewal will result in them voiding your policy when they find out. Given that the most likely time they will find out is if you have an accident for which you will then become personally liable for the full cost of the claim it is not worth trying to avoid them knowing about the convictions. Same applies to declaring accidents.

Just out of interest why do you appear to have a person vendetta against Been through it all despite that user providing useful answers to your posts.
