I have nothing but PRAISE for ryanair. I was due to fly with my husand, parents and our 3 small children in Feb this year the ONLY day it snowed properly and the MToffice closed the airport. Our 6:00am flight along with every other that morning was cancelled so i am guessing you can imagine the havoc in Luton there were 3 flights to milan that day and with one call to the call centre our party of 7 were booked on to the (slightly delayed) 7:30 pm flight.
This happened because i follwed the info iwas given and had all details to hand.

Ryan air did have the b@lls to ep thier info desk open unlike easyjet who told thier hundreds of passengers that thier lines and desk wee closed and if they wanted to fly they had to rebook online through the usual channel. Luton airport has a very small net facility so the que for PCswas appauling. so
WELL DONE ryan air for getting my family to our cruise ship that day and a wooden spoon to easyjet for not giving a damn. I Think ryanair are fab

• I flew with Ryan air to Dublin on Tuesday on the 1p flight offer and just took hand luggage and was inpressed. I have a toddler so we took a buggy and left it at the bottom of the steps as usual and it was there waiting for us at the bottom of the steps when we arrived. This was brilliant and saved a very long walk with a toddler and having to wait for baggage to be unloaded. I have never had this done before with any company but what a difference it made.

Make sure you check the size of your hand luggage as they can be very strict. The maximum size is 55x40x20cm which is very small. (20cm = 8 inches)

I believe that any other stuff - coats, hand bags etc have to be fitted inside this one bag.

Your handbag has to fit inside the bag you are carrying on, after all this is another bag, however your coat doesnt have to.

It really is not that small. A cabin size suitcase will easily fit within the measurements.

• I went to Dublin(4p) last monday 3rd. We flew from Birmingham and it was great. We sailed through checkin with our hand luggage and the feeling of walking straight through was the best. It was also like that on the return journey. My moto is.."you gets what you pay for"

I fly with ryanair at least 20 times a year at great bargain prices.

I cannot thank Michael (O`Leary)enough for putting Europe within ordinary people`s reach at dirt cheap fares, despite Gordon Brown`s tax obsession.
He would tax fresh air if he could (and is at this moment scheming a way of doing so)

Michael is giving Joe Public what they want
cheap flights
but he hasn`t got time to come round your house and explain his T&C`s.

HE DOES THAT VERY CLEARLY ON HIS WEBSITE
