The downstairs is nicely presented, it also has a garage, upstairs is well presented in my view apart from the smallest bedroom.
Odd, link isn't working.0 -

Unless I'm very much mistaken, this one is ex-local authority.0 -

For some reason it throws in an extra space in country. Try this0 -
Being purely objective, JenB83, your street and those adjacent to it do not look particularly great on the crime stats map (police.uk) I am sure your street is nicer than those near to it but, to someone who does not know the area well (or at all) it is impossible to differentiate from a map and may put off some buyers.
The Environment Agency's flood map shows your area is at high risk of flooding from groundwater which, with all those drainage ditches or whatever they are, does not surprise me. These are two factors which would put me off unless I was absolutely set on living in your specific part of Bristol. Sorry.
Other than that, the garden would be an absolute no from me but that is just my taste. It does not look either child or animal friendly and there is no space to move around in, from what I can see.
I am sure your house will appeal to many as it is clean, tidy and well presented and this is, I think the worst time of year to be selling. I am not sure about January, at least the days are long, now. Good luck, I am sure you will get some interest after the little darlings go back to school.0 -
Shame the advert for the house opposite ours has gone, photos on that were even worse than ours yet it still sold for £208k. That's why I think our price is realistic.Found it but the link doesn't work, sorry. I think when this starts to show with its sold price it will help your sale.0
