Just walked up to post some letters, stopped at 'wild' plum tree on the way back and gathered a whole T shirt full (no don't panic I didn't take T shirt off - just filled up the 'lap'). As a bonus, a family of fairies were in the tree and twittered away happily while I was gathering the fruit.
Bumbag emptied.

Welcome Raine.
Woo-hoo Natty! - that's a great plan, and of course you'll be within easy reach of future Welsh Marches Flymeets
Glad you enjoyed your day at the seaside, Dizzy.
I agree Froddy - Munich is a great city.
My bookshelves are finished and I have hoovered the upstairs floors.
We went to SW this morning and then I took a friend out to lunch. We found an excellent cafe in a little village less than 15 minutes' drive from here - yet neither of us had ever been down that road before!
WMx3 done and dried outside; HHI completed.
Watered the pots in the back garden.
Phoned my friend in our old home town.
Did a bit more reading.
Watched more of the Olympics.
The freezer part of my FF gave up the ghost overnight so we have eaten large quantities of fish for tea tonight! The neighbour's cat will enjoy the haddock.
Tomorrow I have a dental checkup in the morning and DH has a horse piddle appointment in the afternoon - I doubt that much will get done between.
(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks to all in need x0 -
just discovered ds1 has been making calls lasting over 1 hour again on his mobile. Some of you may remember the shocking £300 bill we had for 19 days in Autumn. It looks like we haven't been charged for them this time but I will be checking the account daily. I gave warned him he will be going on payg. He said then he will get his own contract. Maybe he will learn then.
Fence company will be coming tomorrow to give us a quote. I'm sick of seeing the neighbour's jumping out of their hot tub. (Which they leave on 24/7. It. Is on decking and vibrates causing a loud low pitched hum in my conservatory.) We have been putting off new fence as they have attached things to our old one without asking and are always kicking balls at it. They have also a massive gas bbq very close to it.
Kitchen tidied and pots done0 -
I am keeping busy. Done a small wash today, ironed and paired socks as I hit the bottom of the laundry basket, so odd socks were located. Cleaned DS's bedroom floor, window and sill, changed bedding and sponged his rug. The dusting I shall leave, his surfaces are so cluttered. Lots of texts to and fro, no bed in Leicester yet, so empty bed vibes would be useful
Have got WM in for the morning. Also had washed DS's work tie, which was watermarked but isn't now, and have a second load on standby. Tue label says dry clean...so I very gently hand washed HA dry clean only tie - I WIN!
