Three loads off the line, folded and put away with only one thing to iron and that's set up for sewing anyway so that won't take long. Bath and sink sealant given a second squirt as they needed it. Two corners to give a third squirt, some tidying up to do and that's a job that needed doing eight years ago finally done. Shower room cleaned. Litter tray depewified. Dinner planned for OH's return and various things defrosted for it. Pots watered. Dining room carpet sucked free of dog hair.

Sewing for the rest of the day. Good.
    Better is good enough.

Managed to eat a minor frog today - cleared all the clutter on, around and under the printer. Why do the things we keep putting off not seem to take that long to clear once we start :rotfl:

Because we think they're going to take longer than we can be arissed to spend on them. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • Firmly anchored to sofa, but feeling quite good after a decent night's sleep.

DD2 here, which is always a pleasure.

She has been married for a whole month! Where did that go?

Love and hugs to Valli. We are all here for you.

Flying outdoors today. Just at swimming lessons but my dad popped over earlier sorting my outdoor cupboards. So contents are all over the lawn!

We will go home via the field with bike again and see if we make more progress. Cant be too late as I think my wallpaper is being delivered this aft :T

I'm going to enroll at college tomorrow! :T

Lovely to be back at zumba after 3 months off. Didn't do too much arm/shoulder swinging, but still great.

Still scrabbling to catch up on general household debris but will be firm and stick to designated days and do them properly......except I'm a day behind. However have put immersion on so hot water will be ready to attack the kitchen.

    Today's "extras":
    - clear out 1 handbag and 1 bumbag, as I've been rushing from place to place the last couple of weeks and they are full of stuff. Especially there is one piece of paper I can't find, and ought to be in one of them.
    - As I made list of "what to check before holiday", I should start going down it.
    - file away tax return paperwork which a) makes it neater for next year and b)declutters the study.

Right, enough planning. on with stuff to see how much I can get done before lunch. Immersion off and WM on.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.
  • Afternoon all,

Well I'm just on the way back from harrogate after an impromptu morning out, OH was seeing a client over there so me and the kids jumped in the car and ordered him to drop us off in the valley gardens. we had a lovely morning, then met back up with OH for lunch.

Unfortunately now on the way back home, and the house is a TIP!!!!!!!!

So flying planned when I get back. And grass/jungle mowing.

    welcome Rainex

Dizzy beach sounds great, we had a day like that last week, it was lovely x

    Natty that is well exciting!
