Breakfast smoothie (in my hotel room) (1); lunch did have some pulses and salad in - being generous I'll say 2 portions. So (3) in total. had to have dinner with a client, so no veg in sight - came back and topped up with fennel/peppers/lentils/watermelon/cucumber (6).

have stuff for tomorrow's smoothie, and some salad left so will try to be organised and take it along for lunch. I do actually need to pack when I get up.. I have spread my stuff thinly all over the room!

I know what you mean, it's becoming like a game for me! Previously I would have happily skipped dinner even if I'd eaten little all day, but now it's a challenge to stuff as much in as I can! (Hence 2 portions of carrot sticks just now :o).

Have you ever eaten something that is just so bloomin' delicious, it hits the spot and keeps you happy all day? This happened to me today with pineapple in plain Greek yoghurt: the pineapple was just the right sweetness (not over-ripe) and the yoghurt mild with no trace of bitterness. De-lish :)

    A 2:2 for me

Banana and Orange Juice for breakfast.

Cous cous with peas, mushrooms, sweetcorn, peppers, onions and chickpeas for lunch.

Free snack pot of red pepper, cucumber and melon slices.

Dinner was linda mccartney burger with cucumber, grilled courgette, sweet potato wedges and more sweetcorn.

12 different fruit and veg, but will say my portion sizes equals Fruit 2 and Veg 6

A simple 2:2 for me today.

(I'm not counting mushrooms or sweetcorn into the tally).

I had leftover thai chicken curry with rice, cabbage and turnip for lunch and a bowl of split pea soup for supper followed by hazelnuts, almonds and raspberries in creme fraiche and cocoa with a drizzle of maple syrup.

    Totals today: 4:1

ETA: made a batch of 16 stuffed cabbage leaves for the freezer... only 14 made it :o. I'm calling a portion each of tomatoes and raisins in addition to what I had earlier.

    Revised totals for today: 5:2

A peach in my overnight oats, a packet of M&S melon and mango with my M&S sandwich at lunchtime, lamb and butternut squash curry for dinner followed by figs so three fruit and two veg as there were tomatoes and onions in the curry.

It's much easier to get my five a day-I'm trying to aim for seven-if I eat at home.
