    As at 17.03.26:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £219,071
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 21 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 13th March. 
    Produce tracker: £51 of £400 in 2026

    I know it is some years ago, but when my DS went to 6 form college he found it a lot pleasanter than school because most of the ones there were people who actually wanted to go.

    It was exactly as expected.  We got there before 6am, we left after 10pm. I managed 2 x 20 minute long breaks.  It was manic. We got through it. I might have sat down for ten minutes out of the other 15h50 mins.
