    Someone complained??????!!!!!
I'd rather not be a nerd personally.

Maybe we shouldn't say "crippling debt" or "crippled by debt" either if this site is going to go totally PC.

*for the record as someone with mobility problems I do not find crippled by debt offensive. As someone who has a family and personal history of severe depression and in some family members more serious mental health issues, I never found any of the old descriptions offensive.*

  • Your joking?

    Someone complained about that!?
  • I think I qualify as 'mad' and it didn't really offend me. I can see how someone could take offense though. I do like the new titles, so I think the change is a positive thing. There is a lot of discrimination against people with mental health problems these days, so I'm not that surprised that someone got fed up with it and complained - there is only so much one can take.

in post #14 on THIS thread, mrsspendalot has a couple of much more pleasing suggestions for people with high post counts

I guess there wasn't much time to think up the new terms

    Same here!!!
  • Someone complained here

BTW I couldn't care less that the names have changed and I think the work Martin's doing with mind is great but I'm peed off about the nonsense that's necessitated this change.
