    Morning AJ
I like those ideas too - they look really good. I like the idea of a mind clearing walk too - I've just come back from one with my dog. It's lovely when there's no-one about, sun's out, blue sky and lots of signs of spring.
    Enjoy your day

I have just checked my LTV using proper calculations rather than the broad check I do at the beginning of the month.  At the moment it is about 53% and if I paid off the smallest mortgage it would be 51% so not a huge difference.  I am going to look and see if there is any difference in the mortgage offers if I can get it below 50% and how I can achieve this by July is there is.
Exhausted this morning, I keep getting really cold before I go to bed which is affecting me falling asleep quickly.  I might try a shower in the evening tonight and see how that helps.  I was planning a 7.5 mile walk this afternoon but it will depend if I manage to pick up my energy levels.

I have just received a confirmation text about my fridge freezer delivery on Friday which contains information on the service they are providing at the moment.  It says they will leave my order on the front door step...helpful when I live alone with steps into my house!!!!!!! I have also paid for my old one to be taken away so unsure where that leaves me.  I used the web chat to talk to someone and got very upset, but she has been helpful and I am now on hold to customer services in the hope they can put a note on my delivery to say I need help.  I have no idea how I deal with this otherwise and hope they are still going to take my fridge freezer away.  I hope I can keep it together for this call as I didn't do so well on the online chat.

It shouldn't be an option to pay for recycling if they are not going to do it.  I am on to an advisor now who has gone away to try and get some advice.  I know everyone needs to be kept safe but after all the confirmation emails this is the first line of communication that says this.  There is a link on the website but unless you click on it you have no way of knowing that they aren't providing the service.  I now have to try and find somewhere to put the old one as six concrete steps isn't an option for me moving it by myself.

No it shouldn't be an option.
Our councils remove large items but they our costly. I have 4 steps up to my front door, however we have a raised platform (landing). Last year I was able to shove our old washing machine to the top and a facebook scrap metal person came to collect for free.

After waiting on hold for an hour for him to come back with an answer I gave up so will have to go through that all again later.  The council charge £15 but aren't doing uplifts at this time, I paid £20 for the ease of the company to do it.  I have no idea what I will do otherwise, I guess find someone I know with a van as I can't imagine the company are going to go back round to pick up all the equipment they couldn't pick up.  I just hope they refund quickly.
I am still really cold so going to have some lunch and try and warm up and then might try and ring them again.

Another call to try and sort out the delivery and it now turns out I can't sort it out in advance.  Hopefully when they call on Friday morning I will be able to explain the situation and they will be happy to come into my house and help me out.  The bonus for me is I can open the side gate and kitchen door and they can come and go and all they need to touch is my old appliance and I don't need to be anywhere near them.  I really hope they are able to help or otherwise it will just be sitting outside.
I have just rung my current car insurance company to see if they would match the renewal I have found online and they couldn't get close so I have cancelled the renewal with them and bought the new policy read to start in 2 weeks.  I have £39.31 left from the money I put aside each month for this, I have also tidied my car savings account of extra money so I now have an extra £112.92.  I normally OP or save this but I have kept this in my current account to cover the fridge freezer purchase.  So long as I don't spend anymore than £185 on food shopping and garden purchases for the rest of this month I will have enough to clear my credit card (fridge freezer) from this month's money without having to use my savings.  I also have my fuel spends for this month which it looks doubtful I will use so hopefully I can save those.
With the car insurance sorted the final mini savings pot account has now been closed an I have a lot fewer accounts.  I have a spreadsheet that kind of makes sense but all the mini pots are now going into one account and the SO for this has now been updated.
I'm not sure I feel like a long walk now but might head out to try and warm up a bit, I have been sitting under a blanket since I made my lunch.

You have been making great progress. Hope that the delivery goes as you need it too. Those planter pics you shared were lovely.

Why not put a sign on your front gate/door to say not this door - use the side gate to avoid the steps? -  and get your side gate and door open on Friday morning so they don't need to touch them. Wipe your old fridge freezer all over with a cloth with bleach on it and tell the delivery men what you have done. They will be much more sympathetic if you are looking after their welfare as well as your own. Personally I would have a face-covering on (thin scarf) and gloves (latex or rubber) if I am intending having a dialogue when they get there. I also sometimes put a couple of bottles of water out for delivery men as I can't offer a coffee - I know my dustmen like it on a hot day. Butter them up a bit, as my Granny used to say!
