Might look at starting a new diary at the end of April when I move in. I will give it a couple of months to settle down and then see what time frame I can work towards with OPs, it is definitely all down to me now.

We have talked over who is taking what furniture, it is hard for me to decide what I want but I need to make sure I don't give it all away.

My phone has been quiet today in comparison to the last 2 weeks. I have my mortgage application appointment tomorrow and hopefully that should be most things done. I plan to drive passed the house to maybe see a sold sign on the house tomorrow :D
