Evening,
Did my course today and I feel I got something out if it, just got to wait over the due care bit. The course was in Sutton, in a holiday inn, no surprise but the car park was next to a church and churchyard, which was interesting as all this history was slap bang next to modern stuff. I love a wander through an old graveyard.
Spoke to the EA, our new buyers are excited about the house, they're seeing the EA mortgage bloke on Thursday and want to get everything in place before they go on holiday next week so they don't have to worry about that while they're away or deal with it when they come back **result!!**
Spent a big today but not as much as I would've done years ago. I did spend £2 on a James Herbert book in a charity shop, so I have added to my collection and I will read it.0 -
So glad to hear you've done your course. And the house sale sounds like it's a goer too!!! Such happy news." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

I'm glad your course went well - it's one step closer to being able to put it all behind you.
Very exciting about your new buyers - will the timescale for completion fit in with the people who own the house you're buying? It certainly sounds as if it's all going to work out! :j0 -
Hey *sneaks in*
Sorry I've been quiet, lots going on and don't know if I'm coming or going.
House:
All systems gonew buyers have mortgage offer in principle and survey booked for tomorrow (fingers crossed)
Work: Good, like being busy
DD: Guides sorted for the move
DS: Worries about him, he's gone from a nice girlfriend to a clingy/needy/obsessive 13 year old. 13 year old is from a broken home where mum turns up occasionally, no stability, said girl bombards DS constantly with messages. Warned him tonight that if he 'sexted' her again he will be in trouble. I've not told DH but warned him that will happen if it continues, I don't condone it but hope my warning will be enough. I'm hoping once we move this will fizzle out. I should add that I have nothing against this girl but texting him 30+ times a day doesn't warm her to me.
Should hear this week from the Met, I can then focus properly.
Looking forward to moving, so I can reassess and refocus.
Apologies if my posts are sporadic, not intentional just need March out the way.0
