    Hi, fab diary. I'm subscribing.

I must say that I agree with purple fairy though and working on a balance transfer to a 0% card. If you were to go through topcashback at the moment they have a cashback offer of £30 for a Mr T card with 0% interest on balance transfers for 24 months and £0 fee. You would then only be paying off your debt, not the interest, and would make money whilst doing it.

You're doing well with your selling. I really should find a few things to list myself!

  • One tired excitable girl gone to bed....phew! Loved all her presents and wasn't fazed by the fact she's got my old phone (big relief!). DH took her, DS & a friend to a skatepark called The Base in Bognor Regis, where DS perfected his back flip somersault on his scooter into their foam pit (thankfully), like his climbing he has always done everything full speed ahead. Suffice to say both kids are now in bed.

DH is back to work tomorrow, bad back too but he has enjoyed his time with them both :)

eBay parcel packaged up ready for posting tomorrow, will get rid at lunchtime tomorrow.

Eagerly waiting for Friday now & pay day, so I can get my list in action.

That's all for tonight, sleep tight xx
  • Morning,

One step closer to payday and one step close to starting my plan.

Sold a few things on eBay the other day and was expecting a nightmare, but they have arrived and the buyer is over the moon :D so I have requested the money from Paypal now and will take it off the BC once it arrives.

Nothing much else to report at the moment.

I have tallied up and I have made £50.41 from eBay and Amazon in the past few weeks, so that on top of the monthly payment and we will be back in to the £8K again.

Need to keep up the momentum next month as it is a five week month for us.

Shopping is being delivered on Saturday, so I need to do my meal plan at some point and update the finances sheet.

I really shouldn't put these things off and just get on and sort it.

Got DD's party this weekend to and need to budget for the food too.

Hey ho, onwards and upwards as they say!

Your doing really well, I find little and often works for me, Have you done a soft search to look at a balance transfer card, there is some massive offers around at the moment with halifax and lloyds, would be worth telling Barclay that your thinking of switching and ask what there best offer is to stay ;)
  • Morning,

    Fairly busy day today.

Going to see a subcontractor this morning as they're having problems accessing our systems so I need to go and see what they're doing wrong. Then walk back to site.

On the way back to site, I will nip to the post office, I sold something on EBay yesterday, so will get that sent before the lunchtime rush.

    Aiming for a LSD today.
  • So due to certain things happening today, I can't over pay the BC as much as I want to this month. Instead as the money that I have already paid off this month has reduced the amount to pay I am going to round that up, so still a slight overpayment.

I think I will be treading water until Christmas is out of the way.

My September Aims have changed slightly in that I intend to take lunch to work every day instead of 4 days a week too, so that will help a bit.
  • Happy Friday peeps!

Today is payday and start of my September Aims even though its not quite September yet.

Payments have been made and the BC is now at a nice round figure of £9000, going the right way which is a good thing. I did manage to overpay by about £20 which isn't too bad.

Sold something on EBay, just waiting for them to pay, then I can package and post it tomorrow.

Bought my lunch for the last time today, next one will be September payday. I've bought enough stuff with the shopping that I should mange quite a few NSD's and I have enough bits in my drawers at work that I will have some LSD's too.

Feeling positive and focussed and happy too.
