Morning lovelies
Four viewers ended up as three as the third one bailed out and rebooked for next Saturday.
Spoke to the EA FA and all good, what we're after they said that we will get a lender, based on what DH earns, scary
We are going to see a house todayit's lovely from the photos but it is next to a substation and they buzz which is a downside.
So we went shopping, bought two tops, one I love, one I bought as I as wheh! Just a secret Santa to buy for.....any ideas? Max £5?
I did also buy a cardigan for the office from Primarni, that is sooooooooo warm, I hate being cold, so that's a need lol0 -
Good news on viewing on yours, lender and the viewing you have booked today. Hope it goes ok. Is secret sonata make or female or don't you know?
If female I tend to find, a face mask, nail varnish, body buffer thing etc... all in a small gift bag looks lots for a small amount. If you don't know whether make or female get a small jar and fill with hot chcolate, top with small marshmallows and tie some ribbon round and hand write instructions on a nice tag (you can do the same for muffins or similar (minus egg of course) if you have the ingredients and a big enough jar.

Good luck with the viewings at your house and you going to see another, sounds like there is a lot of interest which is positive.
Have you managed to get a mortgage offer in principle which would give you a good guide for your budget.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend, H x0 -
I'm glad the viewings went well - you're off to a great start! And looking at another house already, it must be exciting! I'd be a bit scared to live near a substation, a lot of people refute that they are a health risk but then they used to say that about smoking, didn't they? It might be something to consider though if you think you may move again at some point. I'm not the only one who would discount buying a house close to a substation, but if you plan on it being a forever home then it wouldn't be an issue.0

£5 budget would get you a nice packet of speciality coffee beans which is a lovely treat for someone who likes good coffee and you known has a grinder." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D
