Awwww I'm glad DS is ok and back with his lady love. No need to be "lonely this christmas" you are very deserving of a break this holiday. I'm with you, one week to power through till the big shut down. The peace of mind that comes of knowing no one else is working either so you can just stop checking your emails....bliss..." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

So...someone who saw our house on Saturday, wants to buy it and put an offer in today, not quite the price what we're after and are in negotiations but (insert shocked emoji)!!! Tomorrow we will know for definite if we've sold or not, buyers don't have a chain.
DH & I had a brief chat tonight and we know what we want and may spend most of Christmas house hunting.
On the upside DS & GF seem happy again, ah to be 12 again, they exchanged gifts today, DS didn't get the watch he was promised by his gf but I think he's happy with what he got.0 -
ahhh amazing!! what a great Xmas surprise
