    Don't use the EAs FA. Read the horror stories about them on the house buying selling board.
    Find your own whole of market advisor or ask for recommendations. I used Vouched for to find mine, she was brilliant. I paid £250 in total I think, and she was also much better than the banks we went to that we bank with.

    All the freebies sound great! Is it likely you can find a quicker way home?

    The mini temp company was the one I left to go to this one as my contract was up :) That company is one of four and DH works for one of the four (he got me the temp job), anyway, the new company is just like that one and good fun too :D

    As for finding a quicker way, trial and error.
