    Rufus

    ......
OK I am trying to clear the (used) ISO from my desktop (I saved it to the desktop) - when I try, I get "Cannot complete the action, file is being used by System" - I have Checked using Task Man and don't see any mention of the file.... I have checked that I have full permissions on the item - but I still am unable to delete it - I have tried using command prompt and got exactly the same result
How do I delete the ISO from my desktop ?

A reboot will most likely fix the issue , However it may not - so to be sure to get it the first time , reboot to safe mode and delete it ..

You could mess around and find what has a hook to it but it will be quicker to just do the above

    Once again:

    Redstone 1 Updated media.

Windows 10 English International 32 bit

Windows 10 English International 64 bit

Available until 11.15am on the 5th of August.

If you missed this for whatever reason, but you do in fact have a valid Windows 10 installation, you can still get the ISOs via here.

Well I didn't get the anniversary update -perhaps its because I am still getting the message that my OS is not supported.
If it is not supported, might as well go back to Win 7, much prefer it although I do find Win 10 and Edge faster to load than when I was on Win 7. Don't like the spying that Win 10 does to be honest.

What spying would that be then?

I don't know which operating system you're going to use to avoid spying.
I'm assuming you've not seen this

ps I do know that much of the spying can be turned off.
    Move along, nothing to see.

Why not back up your data to an external hard drive and run a clean install with Redstone media?
Begin with a lean and mean install, instead of an unruly clutter.
