Don't worry about the giggling... I shared because it was funny. Plus (obviously) I adamantly refused to allow my sister to help me. She sat on the bed and watched...
Anyway we cleared her wardrobe out today. There is BNWT stuff which I may take to the sale I am helpin with, and two more sacks. Plus two pairs of trousers for me!

This looks so much worse than it really is and any flinging has been moved as I have 2 very full bins now so I want to leave some space for the rubbish to go out Sunday. I think I did enough today to count that as done for the week :p

Right, by the time I've put the laptop away, locked up and dealt with Zack my phone should be charged and I should be able to go to bed...hopefully. See you around lunchtime with a completed list (except for accounts) hopefully

Welcome matody, I think I was in the attic when you arrived.
I'm kondoing as well, technically I'm still on paper but some things have been pulled in as I've come across them. Paper seems to keep calling me back so it's not finished with me yet.

I did paper work the other day, I had 3 full lever arch files of household stuff going back 3 house and 10 years... I shredder the lot.. and then there's the piles of unsorted stuff I had to go through... I kept very little... good luck with yours x

I'm being ruthless, I must say it's getting a lot easier.. I'm on with Misc crafts, ect.. I have until he moves out to finish the list as the car will go then, with the skip and charity shops etc in a different town, it's easier to do it while I have transport.

I've done my konmari my daughters room, so for today's flying list I will tackle my sons room, which I'll konmari as I'm doing it.

On the flying front, I'm going to take it day by day and not play catch up, if it doesn't get done I'll leave it until it comes around again.

PS forgot to say Thank you for the list xx

Morning all. Welcome newbies and returners.

Glad your migraine is going Ionafan.

I found out late last night that my MIL is visiting for the weekend. So panic is setting in here. No proper flying has been done for weeks. I've paid stuff today and she will arrive tomorrow. No food in either so:

    Sort out bedroom for MIL
    Clean rest of house
    Cut grass and tidy garden
    Do shopping

Which looks like a short list but is longer than the official one on here really.

    Have a great day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.

    Morning ladies

Catching up with Fred as yesterday was busy busy busy....

Valli - I had a chortle too, not least, as I remember my window adventure during the flood when I was caught on CCTV dangling out of my stairs window in my knickers and wellies. I am surprisingly bendy :rotfl:

Must do some flying today as am falling well behind. Some good news though. Our preferred contractor has come in under budget with his quote and can start renovation work in September. :T Just need the OK from our insurers!

ATB - thanks for the offer to take small people - appreciate it loads, but I'm on the mid-Wales/Shropshire border and you're up north. I suppose I could parcel them up on the train for you :rotfl: Iona is closer, but she keeps on with some lame excuse about having a bad foot ;)

Cup of tea, then off at a sprint....sees ya laters...

    Good morning lovelies,

Glad you're feeling better ionafan xx
Frizzle what a productive day! Bet it's lovely coming down to it all looking lovely today!

Having a cuppa in bed whilst smalls watch TV. I have however also made DH lunch, bunged the WM on, put some recycling out and dried up. Visiting relatives today so flying will be limited.

Looking forward to a glass of wine tonight and burgers for tea. Then a weekend at home... Bliss.

    Have lovely days all xx

Morning all especially Nicki who will have been up for ages...

    Right?

Bathrooms today and there's this wardrobe to do too (points)

    But first :coffee:

Welcome matody and any other newbies and returners. Matody as you say the rooms will come round again and anyway they'll be easier to clean once you're rid of the carp.

Right....after a day in the doldrums yesterday I've given myself a talking to and I'm up and at them. I've got a fair bit to catch up on, but feeling positive.

Today can only be a better day :) (depression is a pain in the rear).
