Oh dizzy why are they such gits sometimes? Please take it easy xx

ATB I'm up for that, date dependent - I think you and I are only 10min away from each other so we could arrange a coffee too :)

Another day at home waiting for @utogl@ss this time. Have spoken to stepdad about leaky roof too.

I'd cleaned the upstairs sinks and loos yesterday, and opened the windows. They are churning a nearby field and it was rather windy yesterday. Resulting in my sinks looking like someone had emptied a filthy bucket of water down them. Pfft. I'm only glad I was too lazy to hang my laundry out! It would have had to go back in the WM!

Not sure whether to brave it today or not...

Actually all the upstairs windowsills have a layer of got on the now. I might dust and vac all upstairs. DD room is upside down...

Just cleaned and refillled the cat's outside water bowls. We too had a windy day yesterday and millions of seeds with small wings had filled her dishes. All windowsills were covered too as was the bath. All cleared now.

Dizzy ha ha to the trots. Hope you have a good day X

Ionafan hope your migraine has gone and you feel better today.

    Welcome newbies x

    Morning all
Hugs to those who need them.
Peaceful resting vibes to those needing recovery time.
    Sticks and spoons whe wanted.

Not sure what today's plan is. First need to nip bread round mils and return her watch now Dh has changed the battery for her.
Then have some mending to do and the lists to finish off.

I might even make a cake to celebrate the fact I've kept up all week.

... slides in and pretends to have been around all the time.

I need to get the house under control. Hotspots have been multiplying lately at an alarming rate and it's driving me mad. No matter how much time I spend on sorting and clearing it still feels chaotic, although I've learned something from Fred - at least it looks relatively clean and tidy. But it's just not the way I want it. Every drawer is packed to the gunnels, every cupboard is crammed with crud and I still can't find things in the attic.

    And I've missed Everyone.
    Better is good enough.

Natty you have my sympathy and condolences, I had to make that decision earlier this year, it's hard but right. (Hugs).

Cleaned my sisters bedroom yesterday - including the window, inside and out. She advised I go onto the top of the flat roof, so I did. Getting back was a palaver though, as I was lower down than when I was climbing out and I'm not the most athletic of people. After considering ringing the fire brigade I decided to dive in headfirst! Well crawl. Thank goodness there was no-one filming! The windows were bad as next door have had work done. Acid comments were made by me, I think they should have offered to pay for window cleaners, I had to use cif on the sills!
Neighbours are away atm so the didn't get a view of my rear end slithering through accompanied by flailing legs!

Shower shortly then breakfast then bathrooms to clean. well two and a cloakroom.
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

    :eek::eek::eek:

I have already done most of my flying for today:
    - an hour's paperwork before breakfast
    - phoned DSiL
    - WUDUPA
    - fed chicken (but still no egg :()
    - quick flick of the dusteronnastick round the LR, DR and kitchen
    - downstairs floors hoovered
    - kitchen floor mopped by hand to give the grotty bits an extra going over.
    Now I'm whacked!

Next I plan to shower, S&S bathroom, and fold and put away 5 pairs of DH's socks.
I also need to phone someone to come and deal with the wasps' nest right outside our back door.
Then (with a :coffee: which DH has promised to bring me) I shall try to do another hour's work before crashing out on the sofa.

Thanks for all GWS wishes. As usual, my migraine is spreading itself out over 3 days, but we hope to get out for a couple of hours later this afternoon.
