Well. A long day but a good one. After a bit of shilly shallying I sold a piece of kit today for just over £200. The buyer is coming to collect end of the week. I hope all will run smoothly as he was a bit concerned about the size. But I am sure it's right.
I will be paying the full amount off the CC which will put me bang under my hoped for £700. So a full £2k paid off this year! Or 74% of my target.I am anxious the sale will flop because of the too and fro-ing but we shall see.
Nighty night

Excellent news about the sale Bob I'm so pleased you are smashing your targetLet’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭0

Thanks Kirsty
This morning I had to do a viewing, which I'm 98% sure will convert. A nice lady so fingers crossed. I also had to let in the people who are using the place this week. We walked over and back, it was incredibly windy with leaves flying everywhere. Stopped off at the playground to let DD stretch her legs.
Today will be NSD 13 this month as nothing will be bought.
Delicious home made pizza leftovers for lunch (chorizo, tomato, anchovies & onion) with salad. Also just threw the remains of the cafeteria from this morning into a pan to reheat. Saves on fresh coffee.
Dinner will be a use it up rice night. Oh can choose his topping from whatever is left in boxes in the fridge.
Found 5p on my walk home
