    Afternoon Bob,

I am hopeful for you that something will come up before the 15th (after reading previous entries of yours which change so quickly) :D:A

    Fingers crossed xx

Hope things improve, I'm self employed too and it's very hard never knowing what money you have coming in. You seem to work so hard, I hope it pays off soon.

Thanks Deb. I've been chanting my favourite power up mantra all day to try and get over the blues. It's just 'Rise' you can't feel down when you think it or say it. :D

Oh no what a nightmare, it really do take balls of steel to be self employed, when there is no work it is a nightmare, but then when you are busy you daren't turn people away so end up working silly hours. Fingers crossed things pick up for you xx

Balls of steel:rotfl: that made me laugh:rotfl: it's true though. You spend your entire time feeling like you must be mad. But you have to fight that feeling. I sound like a walking self motivation book at the moment from all my reading but apparently Anita Brookner who set up the Body Shop said ' entrepreneurship is surviving' I can definitely identify with that. :)

You know, at this point it would have to be major. I am really very worried. I have just not been taking any money. I can't see how I'm going to pull up that steeply in a week. It is possible. But I'd need at least 6/7 bookings to make it.

Oh and the washing machine broke down today and can't be fixed till next Wednesday. All the ffffffs...

Fingers crossed, Bob. Hope it all works out. You don't realize how much you depend on household appliances until they go wrong.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.

Fingers firmly crossed for a massive turnaround on the business front Bob. And that your washing machine magically starts working again...

Oh Bob, I feel your pain. I was like this for years with work. Still am, to be honest, but at least now tend to earn enough during the good weeks to stuff some down the back of the sofa for the bad weeks. I really hope something comes up before rent day.
Trying to figure out a whole new life. Trying to figure out a whole new budget.
Divorcing, unclear on final debt total right now, but focusing on building a financial buffer zone.

Thanks TOP the sheer frustration of feeling you have a business one minute and not the next is just  I know I am far from alone believe me. I am yet to get to the point of getting enough in the good times to cover the bad, I'm glad for you on that front.

Plus a so called friend who was helping me to sort some stuff out has done a disappearing act with some money of mine....not answering calls, replying to texts....it is maddening :(
