Dignity and Respect at work

What happens if the HR department, General Manager and Line Manager all delay the outcome of the above investigation. It has been 6-7/52 since a Formal Investigation was carried out and there has been no communication whatsoever. Despite repeated requests through other means.

There is no support structure within the corporation and there is a terrible feeling of limbo and insecurity. As two of the aforementioned persons are complicit in this investigation can they have any course of manipulation or devious malicious foul play on the outcome (whenever that is). Sounds a silly question but this management is notoriously adept at skewing the facts to suit their own agendas - with the help of people from the lower orders. Including erasing evidence, monitoring and disappearance of facts.

If one is telling the truth and they are clearly not then how does one bring them to book should the need arise.

Forewarned is forearmed I fear in this awful case of betrayal, treachery and downright nastiness.

You are an MP and I claim my £10.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

If this is the same workplace as three years ago, I would have to wonder why the OP is still working there....

The OP doesn't make anything at all clear here. We have no idea what the grievance is about. But on a general basis, I would say that there is no legal authority for "dignity and respect at work" - it isn't an actionable legal claim in itself, and neither is bullying. So based on the (little) information here, if the grievance falls then the OP can appeal. But there is no right to appeal to any external body - the employers decision is final.

The reasons why I am still there is not of any relevance. Your reply, although appreciated was a little ambiguous but I got the jist.

Oh good, if you understand that the sole purpose of HR is to protect the company then you won't be in for any nasty surprises.

And you will be aware that one has to go through HR as part of the procedure.
